Q : I have purchased the app. Money got deducted from my account, but the app is still locked.


For Android Users:

Step 1 : You can unlock the app only in the phone / tablet in which you made the purchase. Also check if you are logged in to the Google Play Store with the same email-id with which you made the purchase. If the app is still locked, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 : Try to restore the purchase using the Restore button within the app. Make sure you are connected to the internet while doing so. If this does not unlock the app and you are prompted to purchase again, try Step 3.

Step 3 : Please check if you have recieved any "Google Play Order Receipt" for this purchase in your email with which you made the purchase. If yes, please forward it to us at foofooapps@gmail.com and we will help you further. If you have NOT receieved any "Google Play Order Receipt" then it means your purchase did not complete from both ends. In such a case you can request a refund and try to purchase the app again with active internet connection. To request a refund, email us at foofooapps@gmail and we will help you with the procedure to get the refund.

For Apple - iOS Users:

Step 1 : Try to restore the purchase using the Restore button within the app. Make sure you are connected to the internet while doing so. If this does not unlock the app and you are prompted to purchase again, try Step 2.

Step 2 : If the purchase does not restore, you are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, it is not in our control to refund the purchase for iOS users. You can request a refund through this link https://support.apple.com/contact
